Check in 3 pm until 10 pm, check out up to 9.30 am.

Pets not allowed.

We do not accept credit cards! Your welcome to make a transfer to our account in advance, or pay cash during your stay.  Your bill should be settled latest on the eve of the departure day. Pre- Payment please within 14 days to our account, this will be advised at time of booking confirmation.

Liability: The lessee is liable for willful damage in full. The tenant agrees to treat the property with due care. The landlord is not liable for personal injury or for property of the tenant.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to 2 months before stay 40% of the invoice amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. If canceled up to 1 week before the start of the holiday 70% of the invoice amount will be due in less than 7 days, 90% of the invoice amount will be charged. The provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of a provision is void their substance comes as close as possible effective regulation. The same applies to any contractual loopholes. The correction of mistakes, especially clerical or arithmetical errors in the written offer, confirmations, or brochures of the landlord is reserved. Deviations and ancillary agreements must be in writing. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
