Final cleaning (Summer and winter) once per stay:
Apartment I Euro 130.-
Apartment II Euro 105,-

Price additional bed Euro 90,- per night.
Visitor´s tax Euro 5,- per person/day

Check in 3 pm until 10 pm, check out up to 9.30 am.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed

Pre payment: 40% of the total price. You can pay the amount within 14 days from the booking day with bank transfer.

Payment in house: We do not accept credit cards! Your welcome to make a transfer to our account in advance, or pay cash during your stay.  Your bill should be settled latest on the eve of the departure day.

Liability: The lessee is liable for willful damage in full. The tenant agrees to treat the property with due care. The landlord is not liable for personal injury or for property of the tenant.

Cancellation fees

• until 3 months before arrival day: no cancellation fee
• until 1 month before arrival day: 40% of the total price
• until 1 week before arrival day: 70% of the total price
• in the last week before arrival day: 90% of the total price
• departure before the booked departure day: 100% of the total price
